  • Returns

    Due to the small batch nature of our product and because they are personal hygiene products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at hello@ashhopper.com and we will kindly do our best to help you. We must be informed about any damages or discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your order. Quality in our craft is something that we stand by and we want to ensure that you have a positive experience.

  • Shipping

    We currently ship our packages with USPS Monday through Friday. Because we are a micro business, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing orders (this does not include postal transit time). If for any reason your purchase is time sensitive, please send us a message before you checkout and we will do our best to help you. Also if you are local and within 10 miles of the Slate Hill, NY area contact us for free delivery. We love our neighbors!!!

  • How should I store my soap?

    Because our soap is not individually packaged, you will receive each bar naked, hand stamped with our logo and wrapped in paper for shipping. Whatever you are not using right away can be wrapped in paper, a tea towel, or any other breathable material and stored in a cool, dry dark place. You may even keep it in our shipping boxes or find a spot in your linen closet to keep that area smelling extra fresh. Let us know where your favorite places to keep soap are?   • Getting the most out of your bar.

    Always make sure that your soap is placed on a well draining soap dish in between uses so that it will be able to dry out. If soap is left to sit in water, it will deteriorate and acquire a soft and mushy consistency. Using a natural fiber washcloth to apply the soap will allow you to experience maximum sudsy luxury. User tip: Please avoid getting soap in your eye, and if you do, please rinse thoroughly with water. Finally: Please enjoy your new bathing experience!!!

  • I'm pregnant, can I use your products?

    Essential oils are very potent and there are contraindications for when you are pregnant and or breastfeeding. While our products are all natural and made with really amazing raw materials, It’s very important to talk to your physician about all of the products you are using while you harbor that precious life inside. Please consult your physician first!

  • Will I be allergic to your soap?

    Please be aware of any skin allergies or sensitivities that you may have before ordering our products. We always disclose every ingredient and detailed lists and descriptions are available in our store. If you are sensitive and have allergies we always advise that you perform a skin test first and speak to your physician. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please consult your physician before using any products containing essential oils.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or arrange for a delivery we imply that you consent to our collecting it and we use your information for that specific reason only. Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. All purchases are SSL Certified and secure.
